Nordik Mallard Duck Caller Single Reed Wildfowling Game Call
The Nordik Mallard Duck Caller is a versatile, easy-to-use game call designed to imitate the natural sounds of mallard ducks. Developed by Swedish game call specialists Nordik Predator, this single-reed caller provides a realistic range of duck vocalisations, making it an excellent choice for both beginners and experienced wildfowl hunters.
Manufactured from durable polycarbonate, the Nordik Mallard combines lightweight construction with an efficient sound-producing design that requires relatively little air to operate.
Easy-Blowing Single-Reed Design
The Nordik Mallard features a single-reed sound system specially developed to make producing realistic duck calls easier.
Unlike some callers that require considerable blowing pressure, the Nordik Mallard operates with a relatively small amount of air, allowing beginners to learn the basic sounds without unnecessary effort.
Its responsive design also provides experienced callers with the control needed to create varied and natural-sounding sequences.
Four Essential Mallard Calls
The Nordik Mallard is capable of producing the main vocalisations commonly used when calling mallard ducks.
Basic Quack: Reproduces the familiar quacking sound of a mallard.
Greeting Call: A series of quacks used to imitate natural duck communication.
Comeback Call: A louder, faster sequence designed to attract the attention of ducks moving away.
Feeding Call: Rapid, short sounds that imitate the vocalisations of feeding mallards.
By varying blowing pressure, rhythm and hand position around the sound chamber, the user can adjust the tone and character of the call for a more realistic result.
Durable Polycarbonate Construction
Manufactured from polycarbonate, the Nordik Mallard offers a strong, lightweight construction suitable for regular use in outdoor conditions.
The caller also features multiple lanyard attachment options, allowing it to be conveniently carried around the neck or attached to suitable hunting equipment for quick access.
