Dispatch and Delivery
Same Day Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday to Friday) on the same working day.
Orders placed after 3:00pm, at weekends or on UK public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Please note that dispatch times may vary during exceptionally busy periods, although we will always endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
United Kingdom Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days.
Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally vary depending on your location or the courier service.
Republic of Ireland Delivery
All Republic of Ireland orders are shipped using a fully tracked courier service.
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days.
We always aim to keep delivery costs as low as possible based on the size, weight and value of your order.
In some circumstances, additional shipping charges may apply for oversized, heavy or specialist items. If this is the case, we will contact you before dispatch to discuss the additional cost before processing your order.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to current courier regulations, we are unable to ship certain items, including:
- Gas canisters
- CO₂ cartridges
- Pressurised containers
- Lithium batteries (LiPo, Li-Ion and LiFe)
If your order contains any restricted products, we will contact you if there are any delivery limitations.
