Age Restricted Products

By purchasing any age-restricted product from Bullseye Country Sport, including knives, bladed tools and realistic imitation firearms (RIFs), you confirm that you meet the legal age requirements and understand the relevant UK legislation governing their purchase and possession.

Where applicable, additional verification may be required before an order can be dispatched.

Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where:

Payment cannot be authorised.
A pricing or stock error has occurred.
We are unable to verify information required to complete the order.
The sale would breach UK law or our legal obligations.

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within one working day, although this may vary during busy periods.

Estimated delivery times shown on our website are provided as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address supplied during checkout. Please ensure all delivery information is correct before completing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address WILL NOT be possible.

Returns & Order Cancellation

We offer a 30-day returns policy for eligible items.

Items returned for a refund must:

Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Be unused and in their original condition.
Include all original packaging, accessories and documentation where applicable.

Consumable products, including opened CO₂ capsules, gas cartridges and BBs, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched or delivered, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace or refund the item in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Payment

Payment can be made using the payment methods displayed during checkout.

All transactions are processed securely.

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
